    Can the Exam Fees Change once I have paid?

    Once you make payment, the exam fee will remain the same for the exam you have paid for.

    Where do I pay for the exam Vouchers?

    Exam vouchers can be purchased directly from our website. The exam codes will be sent to you as soon as payment has been confirmed.

    What Payment Options do you accept?

    You can pay through debit/credit card, bank wire transfer, PayPal or via Safaricom MPESA. Feel free to Talk to us if you have any question regarding making payment.

    What if I don’t feel comfortable sharing my credit card details:

    We don’t see your credit card information. Our supplier flutter wave. Fluttwerwave is one of the most reliable payment processing companies in the world. Therefore, your credit card information is quite safe. Additionally, you can make your payment by direct wire transfer to our bank. You can request for this payment option while checking out and our bank details will be sent to you via email.

    Fraudulent Activity Policy:

    KnowledgeSpace reserves the right to take action against any individual involved in fraudulent activities, including, but not limited to, fraudulent use of vouchers or promotional codes, reselling exam discounts and vouchers, cheating on an exam (including, but not limited to, creating, using, or distributing test dumps), alteration of score reports, alteration of completion certificates, violation of exam retake policies, or other activities deemed fraudulent by KnowledgeSpace.

    Can I pay in a different currency?

    Yes, you can. However, the money will need to be converted to the amount quoted on the website by your bank so that we receive the listed amount in our bank account.

    My transaction is getting declined.

    Pls check with your bank and they will advice you regarding this. It’s typically the bank payment gateway in most of these cases and your bank will be able to give you the reason why. We don’t reject any transaction.

    Do you issue Course completion Certificates?

    Yes, we issue a course completion Certificate for all courses completed.
