For all prices, products and offers, KnowledgeSpace reserves the right to adjust due to changing market conditions, course discontinuation, provider’s price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. However, the price you paid at the time of purchase still holds for you. Information contained on KnowledgeSpace may be changed at any time without prior notification or obligation.

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you register for a course with KnowledgeSpace T&C, you agree to our Refund policy.

Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation by Delegate

All Cancellations must be notified over email and the refunds will be provided as below:

  1. Within 48 hours of registration: 100%
  • 10 days to the course – 75%
  • 5 days to the course: 50%
  • Less than 2 days to the course: No refund
  • Cancellation & Refunds: Made by KnowledgeSpace T&C

KnowledgeSpace T&C reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events in case of insufficient registrations, or if presenters cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified no later than 2 days prior to the start date and will be offered credit to a future event or a full refund, promptly. Also, if deemed necessary, previously allocated presenters may be substituted with alternative qualified presenters.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

Non-Transferable

Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable.

Use of Information

We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to the use and assignment of all information regarding Site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

In case KnowledgeSpace reschedules a training event, the options available to the delegates are:

  • 100% refund, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the delegate’s schedule.
  • The delegate would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending a class in future at his/her convenience, at any location, on any date of a scheduled training.
  • The delegates, if they so wish, can send a replacement. However, this should be intimated to KnowledgeSpace at least 3 days prior to the event.

Whereas, if for some unforeseen reasons, a delegate wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:

  • If the rescheduling request is received 7 days prior (or more), 10% of registration fee will be charged.
  • Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.
  • If the request of rescheduling is received within 7 days or less, no rescheduling will be allowed. However, the delegate can send a replacement instead.
  • Only the person referred is allowed to take the course if a Earn claim will be put forth by the referring party. He cannot substitute the course to someone else. 
  • The referral code is valid for a period of 1 year from the time the referral is made. If the code is not utilized, it expires.
  • Only the person making the referral can make the claim for the prize. This cannot be delegated.
  • The referred person must not be known to us (KnowledgeSpace T&C) prior to the referral being made.
  • The claim for the Earn can only be done against courses that we offer at KnowledgeSpace T&C.
  • It is upto the referring person to ensure that the person they have referred registers with the code they received.
  • It is upto the person who has made the referral to make the claim for their Earn.
  • You can refer as many friends as possible and the Earns are cumulative.
  • One person can be referred only once. The person is deemed known to us after the first successful referral. 
  • KnowledgeSpace can withdraw the referral program at any time at its sole discretion.
  • you are eligible for the referral only on the first transactions of friends/connections who have not interacted with KnowledgeSpace’s systems before and whose details do not exist in KnowledgeSpace’s databases. KnowledgeSpace shall solely determine if a referred person is new and eligible.
